研究目的：

观察八段锦“五劳七伤往后瞧”在健康人群中斜方肌、背阔肌肌电信号特征, 通过观察八段锦“五劳七伤往后瞧”对健康人群斜方肌、背阔肌肌电信号的影响，探索八段锦“五劳七伤往后瞧”对背部肌肉功能影响的可能机制，从而对八段锦“五劳七伤往后瞧”的修改和完善提供理论基础。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the SEMG signal characteristics of the trapezius and latissimus dorsi in healthy people. To explore the effect of baduanjin on muscle function and try to improve its application value.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1、年龄18-25岁； 2、就读于湖北中医药大学的健康学生； 3、体重50-80kg。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18 to 25 years; 2. Healthy students of Hubei university of traditional Chinese medicine; 3. Weight 50-80 kg.

排除标准：

1、测试中出现颈、背、腰部疼痛的患者，或在测试2天内出现上述症状的患者； 2、妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 3、过敏性体质者； 4、病人或其家属拒绝在“知情同意书”上签字同意； 5、有脊柱手术史及外伤史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with neck, back and waist pain during the test, or patients with the above symptoms within 2 days of the test; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Alcoholic allergy; 4. The patient or family member refuses to sign the informed consent; 5. History of spinal surgery and trauma.

统计人员将使用SPSS19.0生成随机序列号及分组组别，并封存于不透光的、按顺序排放的信封当中。当患者入组时，统计人员按顺序打开信封，并告知申请入组人员该患者的随机序列号及分组。随机分为试验组、对照组、空白组三组，每组各20人。
