研究目的：

甲状腺结节是临床常见疾病，其发病率呈逐年上升趋势，随着患者对微创手术诉求的增多，超声引导下微波消融技术作为近年来新兴的甲状腺结节治疗方法，已经越来越多的应用于甲状腺结节的临床治疗。在治疗甲状腺结节的外科方法中，超声引导下微波消融技术具有多种优点，如手术时间短、全程可视、实时定位，准确灭活、出血量少、创伤轻微、美容效果明显、保护甲状腺功能、可重复性好等。静脉麻醉是甲状腺微波消融术常用的麻醉方式，但是常规的静脉麻醉使患者术后恶心呕吐的发生率增加。针刺麻醉作为一种经济、安全、简便、有效的辅助手段，被广泛应用于传统的甲状腺手术中。我们将针刺复合静脉麻醉用于甲状腺良性结节微波消融术，观察针刺复合静脉麻醉用于甲状腺良性结节微波消融术的术后恶心呕吐的防治作用。

Objectives of Study：

Thyroid nodules is a common clinical disease, and its incidence is increasing year by year. With the increase of patients' demands for minimally invasive surgery, ultrasound-guided microwave ablation technology has become an emerging treatment method for thyroid nodules in recent years. Used in the clinical treatment of thyroid nodules. In the surgical method of treating thyroid nodules, ultrasound-guided microwave ablation technology has many advantages, such as short operation time, full visibility, real-time positioning, accurate inactivation, less bleeding, minor trauma, obvious cosmetic effects, and protection of the thyroid Good function, repeatability, etc. Intravenous anesthesia is a commonly used method of thyroid microwave ablation, but conventional intravenous anesthesia increases the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting. Acupuncture anesthesia, as an economical, safe, simple and effective auxiliary method, is widely used in traditional thyroid surgery. We used acupuncture combined with intravenous anesthesia for microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules, and observed the prevention and treatment effects of acupuncture combined with intravenous anesthesia for microwave ablation of benign thyroid nodules.

纳入标准：

①符合甲状腺结节西医诊断标准； ②年龄18-75岁（包括18岁和65岁）； ③ASA分级为I～II级者； ④已签署知情同意书者； ⑤经医院伦理委员会批准。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for thyroid nodules; 2. Aged 18-75 years old; 3. Those with ASA classification of III; 4. Those who have signed informed consent; 5. Approved by the hospital ethics committee.

排除标准：

①经络循行线进行过手术者；经穴局部有皮肤感染者；有上肢或者下肢神经损伤者； ②有严重心、脑、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病患者； ③出血倾向，凝血机制严重障碍者； ④有严重感染性疾病者； ⑤不能配合完成研究计划的病人，包括语言困难/精神疾病等； ⑥有睡眠呼吸暂停综合征者； ⑦近3月参加过其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have undergone surgery on the meridian line; patients with skin infections in the meridian points; patients with upper or lower limb nerve injury; 2. patients with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases; 3. hemorrhage tendency, severe coagulation mechanism Disabled persons; 4. Severe infectious diseases; 5. Patients unable to complete the research plan, including language difficulties/mental diseases, etc.; 6. Sleep apnea syndrome; 7. Participants in other clinical trials in the past 3 months.
