研究目的：

通过多中心、大样本、随机对照试验，对电针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎进行疗效评价，形成电针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎专家共识和优化评价方案；在临床有效性的基础上运用神经科学、多组学、生物信息等多项学科交叉、多技术融合方式，全面揭示电针治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的调节效应机制。

Objectives of Study：

A multi-center large sample randomized controlled trial was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and to form an expert consensus and an optimized evaluation plan for electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. On the basis of clinical effectiveness we used neuroscience multi-omics bioinformatics and other interdisciplinary and multi-technology fusion methods to fully reveal the regulatory effect mechanism of electroacupuncture in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.符合慢性萎缩性胃炎诊断标准；2.年龄20-70岁，性别不限；3.入组前2周内未服用过改善胃肠功能药物；4.过去2周内未接受过针对改善胃肠功能的针灸治疗；5.过去3个月内未参与其他任何临床试验；6.自愿加入本研究并签署知情同意书.

Inclusion criteria

1.meeting the diagnostic criteria of CAG in Western medicine developed according to the Chinese consensus on chronic gastritis (2017);2. aged 20 to 70 years; 3.no use of medication for constipation during the 2 weeks before enrollment; 4.no acupuncture treatment for constipation in the past 2 weeks; 5.not enrolled in any other clinical trial within the past 3 months; 6.volunteered to join this research and signed the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.合并消化道溃疡、严重消化系统疾病和腹部手术史的患者；2.认知功能障碍影响检查或治疗合作的患者；3.胃镜或病理活检示有重度异型增生、癌变者；4.严重心血管、肝脏、肾脏疾病或精神疾病患者；5.妊娠或哺乳期女性，以及在研究期内有怀孕计划者；6.就诊前2周接受本疾病相关治疗者；7.有针灸疗法治疗禁忌症者；8.依从性差，不能按要求配合治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.patients with gastric and duodenal ulcers severe digestive disease and a history of abdominal surgery; 2.CAG accompanied by serious cardiovascular hepatic renal or psychiatric diseases; 3.cognitive dysfunction or aphasia affecting the cooperation for examination or treatment; 4.patients with severe dysplasia or cancer detected by gastroscopy or pathological biopsy; 5.pregnant women or women in lactation or with plans to become pregnant during the study period; 6.patients receiving CAG-related treatment within the previous 2 weeks of study enrollment; 7.patients with contraindications to acupuncture therapy; 8.patients with poor compliance.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

个人信息，包括书面知情同意书、病理评分、中医症状评分、QOL-100评分、血清胃蛋白酶原水平和胃排空率，将由研究助理管理并安全保存。所有数据将扫描转换为PDF格式，并存储在一个密码保护的USB驱动器。在整个试验过程中保护患者的隐私，研究结束后，数据将保留三年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Personal information including written informed consent forms pathological scores TCM symptom scores QOL-100 scores serum pepsinogen levels and gastric emptying rates will be managed by research assistants and stored securely. All data will be scanned converted to PDF format and stored on a password-protected USB drive. Patient confidentiality and privacy will be maintained throughout the trial. Data will be retained for three years post-study completion.
