研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨滋水涵木针法对气郁化火型广泛性焦虑障碍的治疗效果，并通过纵向随访探讨滋水涵木针法能否预防焦虑症患者的复发。

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study is to investigate the therapeutic effect of 'Zishui Hanmu'acupuncture on Generalized anxiety disorder , and to investigate whether this treatment could prevent the recurrence of anxiety disorder patients through longitudinal follow-up.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 符合美国第五版《精神疾病诊断统计手册》 对广泛性焦虑障碍的诊断； 2. 汉密顿焦虑量表检测总分＞14分； 3. 发病年龄：18-65 岁； 4. 中医辨证属气郁化火型。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patients were in accordance with the diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in the fifth edition of the Statistical Manual for the diagnosis of mental disorders; 2. Patients whose total score of Hamilton anxiety scale is more than 14; 3. Age of onset: 18-65 years old; 4. The syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine belongs to the type of qi stagnation and fire transformation.

排除标准：

1.排除精神分裂症及双相情感障碍患者等重型精神障碍； 2.排除伴有神经系统疾病、严重躯体疾病、物质滥用、颅脑损伤、智力障碍、视力、听力障碍； 3.检查不合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe mental disorders such as schizophrenia and bipolar disorder; 2. Patients with nervous system disease, serious body disease, substance abuse, brain injury, mental retardation, vision and hearing impairment; 3. Patients who do not cooperate during the examination.
