研究目的：

本研究拟采用随机对照实验比较矩阵针灸与普通针刺两种方法治疗颈部肌筋膜炎患者对比观察疼痛改善情况，验证矩阵针灸治疗颈项部肌筋膜炎的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a randomized controlled trial was conducted to compare the pain improvement of patients with neck myofascitis treated by matrix acupuncture and moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture, so as to verify the efficacy of matrix acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of neck myofascitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）符合肌筋膜炎诊断标准； （2）年龄从30 至45 岁之间； （3）最近未服用其他药物及未采取其他疗法； （4）疼痛部位在颈肩局部。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for myofascitis; (2) Between the ages of 30 and 45; (3) Has not taken other drugs or taken other medical treatment recently; (4) The pain is localized in the neck and shoulder.

排除标准：

（1）关节及软组织损伤的早期； （2）合并心脑血管和造血系统等较为严重的原发性疾病； （3）具有严重的沟通或智力障碍及精神类疾病； （4）特殊时期的女性患者包括妊娠期、哺乳期或更年期严重的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Early stage of joint and soft tissue injury; (2) Complicated with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hematopoietic systems; (3) Has a serious communication or mental retardation and mental illness; (4) Women in special periods include those during pregnancy, lactation or severe menopause.
