通过研究针刺心身同调治疗偏头痛伴抑郁/焦虑障碍患者临床疗效产生机制，探索心身疾病的针灸治疗思路。

Objectives of Study：

To study the mechanism of therapeutic effect of somatopsychic acupuncture treatment on depression/anxiety accompanied migraine patients. And to explore the therapeutic approach of psychosomatic disorders by acupuncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究纳入19例偏头痛抑郁/焦虑障碍患者（偏头痛+抑郁障碍或偏头痛+抑郁障碍+焦虑障碍）作为研究对象，接受每周2次，共计8周的针灸治疗（治疗方案参照中国针灸学会发布的《循证针灸临床实践指南：偏头痛》及本课题组临床经验制定）。治疗前对患者进行人格特质测评（五态人格量表、艾森克人格量表），治疗前后分别检测事件相关电位（ERP）、测评头痛严重程度（MIDAS、HIT-6）及抑郁/焦虑程度（HAMD、HAMA）。同时选择健康受试者19例作为对照，接受ERP检测及同样的量表测评。分析大脑神经电生理功能失衡的程度与头痛程度、抑郁/焦虑程度的相关性以及不同人格特征患者与疗效的相关性。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

19 cases of depression/anxiety accompanied migraine patients are selected as the target of study (migraine and depression/ migraine, depression and anxiety disorders). An 8-week acupuncture treatment with the frequency of twice per week is applied according to Evidence-Based Guidelines of Clinical Practice with Acupuncture and Moxibustion: Migraine published by China Association for Acupuncture and Moxibustion as well as the clinical experience of this research group. Personality trait assessments (Five state personality inventory and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire) are adopted to estimate the personal traits of the patients. And the event-related potential (ERP), the migraine disability assessment scale (MIDA), headache impact test-6 (HIT-6), Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) are adopted to test the patients before and after the treatment respectively. Meanwhile, 19 cases of healthy subjects are selected as the control group, and one time Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (ERP) as well as other scale evaluations are completed. Analysis is carried out in relativity between the degree of functional imbalance of cranial nerve electrophysiology and the degree of depression/anxiety. Cross-check analysis on D-values of ERP before and after the treatment in acupuncture-valid and in acupuncture-invalid patients are carried out. And a simultaneous analysis toward the relativity between various personalities and therapeutic effects is also accomplished.

纳入标准：

①偏头痛的诊断符合国际头痛协会第2版（ICHD-II）《头痛分类》中无先兆的偏头痛及有典型先兆偏头痛诊断标准；②头痛强度属于中度以上：头痛影响测定-6 （Headache Impact Test-6，HIT-6）评分≥50分；③汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分≥8分；④年龄：18～65岁；⑤近8周未服用过预防偏头痛的药物；⑥志愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。同时符合以上6项条件者，予以纳入。

Inclusion criteria

1. The diagnosis of migraine conforms to the diagnostic criterion of The International Classification of Headache Disorders, 2nd edition (ICHD- II) of the International Headache Society; 2. The intensity of headache is beyond moderate, Headache Impact Test-6 (HIT-6), score≥50; 3. HAMD score≥8; 4. Aged 18 to 65 years old; 5. Migraine prevention medications are not applied within the recent 8 weeks; 6. Participation is voluntary with informed consent signed. Patients who conform to all the 6 above mentioned prerequisites can be included into the study.

排除标准：

①癫痫、脑血管病及颅内占位性病变所致继发性头痛；②吸毒、酒精滥用或药物滥用；③有自杀企图及行为；④双向情感障碍或精神分裂；⑤严重内科疾病；⑥痴呆；⑦书面及口语交流异常；⑧妊娠期妇女；⑨因其他慢性疼痛症状接受药物治疗者。符合以上任一项者，予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. secondary headache as epilepsy, cerebrovascular disease and intracranial space-occupying lesions; 2. Drug and alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 3. Suicide attempts and behavior; 4. Bipolar disorder or schizophrenia; 5. Serious internal medical problems; 6. dementia; 7. Both written and oral abnormal communication; 8. Women during pregnancy; 9. Drug treatment for other chronic pain symptoms. In either item, shall be excluded.
