研究目的：

基于胃肠电图探讨耳穴压豆联合胃肠动力治疗对脑卒中患者胃肠功能重塑影响的研究。

Objectives of Study：

This study investigates the impact of auricular acupressure combined with gastrokinetic therapy on gastrointestinal function reconstruction in stroke patients, based on electrogastrographic analysis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

纳入标准：①符合缺血性脑卒中，胃肠动力障碍诊断标准，确诊为脑卒中胃肠功能障碍患者；②病程0—3个月；③无颅内活动性出血(如脑出血再发出血、脑梗死出血转化等)；④神志清楚，治疗合作；⑤符合知情同意原则,并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion Criteria: Patients diagnosed with post-stroke gastrointestinal dysfunction; duration of illness between 0-3 months; clear consciousness and cooperative attitude; adherence to the principles of informed consent, evidenced by signing an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除标准：①凡不满足以上诊断标准及纳入标准者；②卒中后病情严重或伴有意识障碍的患者；③并发严重的心脑肾肺疾病的患者；④影像或胃肠镜检查有其他影响胃肠动力的消化系统器质性疾病如溃疡、胃肠道肿瘤、慢性胰腺炎等；⑤存在严重影响胃肠动力的全身性或其它系统疾病如甲状腺功能亢进及减退、糖尿病、结缔组织病、免疫缺陷、肠寄生虫病等。⑥不愿参加本项目或治疗依从性差；⑦对电极贴片或材料过敏的患者，局部皮肤破损的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria: Patients not meeting the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria; severe post-stroke conditions or consciousness disorders; concurrent severe cardiac, cerebral, renal, or pulmonary diseases; structural digestive system diseases such as ulcers, gastrointestinal tumors, or chronic pancreatitis identified by imaging or gastroscopy; systemic diseases affecting gastrointestinal motility such as hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, diabetes, connective tissue diseases, immune deficiencies, or parasitic intestinal diseases; unwillingness to participate or poor treatment compliance; allergies to electrode patches or materials, or those with damaged skin at the application site.

给予常规治疗和护理措施同时取患者耳部大肠、小 肠、直肠、皮质及交感穴、胃、肾、脾、肺、三焦及内分泌，进行耳穴压豆刺激，力度以患者酸胀为宜，每穴每次按压 1 分钟，每天按压 2-3 次， 3 天更换 1 次。

由此课题组成员选取2023年04月01日-2024年04月30日于滨州医学院附属医院康复医学科就诊的诊断为脑卒中胃肠功能障碍患者，将患者按照随机数字表法分为耳穴压豆组，胃肠动力治疗组和耳穴压豆联合胃肠动力治疗组，各30例患者。

The members of the group thus selected patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal dysfunction in stroke who attended the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from 01 April 2023 to 30 April 2024, and divided the patients into the auricular acupoint pressure bean group, gastrointestinal power treatment group and auricular acupoint pressure bean combined with gastrointestinal power treatment group according to the method of random number table, with 30 patients in each group.
