研究目的：

本课题通过临床疗效观察和机制研究，以探究针刀疏筋浅刺哑门穴治疗中风后运动性失语症的疗效和作用机制，积极探索针刀疏筋浅刺的理论内涵、操作手法、疗效机制等；建立一种安全、有效的中风后运动性失语针刀治疗方案，为针刀疏筋浅刺技术的专家共识制定提供临床依据，为推广中医特色针刀疗法在缺血性脑卒中防治中的应用提供新的诊疗思路。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical efficacy observation and mechanism research this project aims to investigate the efficacy and mechanism of the treatment of post-stroke motor aphasia with needle knife sparing and superficial stabbing of the mute gate point and to actively explore the theoretical connotation operation technique and efficacy mechanism of the needle knife sparing and superficial stabbing etc.; to establish a safe and effective post-stroke motor aphasia needle knife treatment program to provide a clinical basis for the formulation of the consensus of the experts on the technology of the needle knife sparing and superficial stabbing to provide new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for the promotion of the application of the characteristic needle knife therapy in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke. It also provides a clinical basis for the formulation of the expert consensus on the needle-knife technique and provides a new diagnostic and therapeutic idea for the promotion of Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

（1）符合中西医中风恢复期及运动性失语诊断标准； （2）年龄在35-75岁，不限制性别； （3）母语为汉语，右利手，受教育程度为小学及以上； （4）中风后出现运动性失语，病程2周至6个月以内(恢复期)，病情稳定者； （5）美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表（NIHSS）评分＜15，WAB诊断为运动性失语需满足失语商（AQ）<93.8，能配合进行语言训练，无病情不稳定因素，神志清晰； （6）无核磁检查禁忌症，可配合完成进行30分钟的核磁检查； （7）无其他非血管性认知功能障碍，意识清醒，生命体征平稳； （8）患者住院治疗依从性良好，知情并愿意签订患者知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke recovery and motor aphasia in Chinese and Western medicine; (2) Age 35-75 years old, no restriction on gender; (3) Native Chinese speaker, right-handed, with education level of elementary school and above; (4) Motor aphasia after stroke, within 2 weeks to 6 months of disease duration (recovery period), and stable condition; (5) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score <15, WAB diagnosis of motor aphasia should meet the requirements of Aphasia Quotient (AQ) <93.8, able to cooperate with language training, no unstable factors, and clear mind; (6) No contraindications to nuclear magnetic examination, and can cooperate with the completion of performing a 30-minute nuclear magnetic examination; (7) No other non-vascular cognitive dysfunction, conscious and stable vital signs; (8) Good compliance with hospitalization, informed and willing to sign the patient informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）非中风引起的失语患者； （2）中风发作前失语症患者； （3）严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全及凝血功能障碍患者； （4）有视听异常、严重认知障碍、精神性疾病、痴呆患者和老年精神病患者； （5）妊娠期及哺乳期妇女患者； （6）入组前正在接受任何类型的语言治疗患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with aphasia not caused by stroke; (2) Patients with pre-stroke aphasia; (3) Patients with severe cardiac pulmonary hepatic renal insufficiency and coagulation disorders; (4) Patients with audio-visual abnormalities severe cognitive disorders psychiatric disorders dementia patients and geriatric psychiatric patients; (5) Pregnant and lactating women patients; (6) Patients who were receiving any type of speech therapy before enrollment.
