研究目的：

本研究将明确构建老年冠心病合并轻度认知障碍核心辨识体系及中医证候演变规律；基于血管衰老指标构建老年冠心病认知障碍的诊断模型；构建老年冠心病认知障碍中西医结合表型组

Objectives of Study：

This study will clearly establish the core identification system of elderly coronary heart disease complicated with mild cognitive impairment and the evolution law of TCM syndromes; The diagnostic model of cognitive impairment of elderly coronary heart disease was established based on vascular senescence index. To construct a phenogroup of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and cognitive impairment

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥65 岁且≤80 岁，性别不限； （2）视觉及听觉分辨力相对完好，肢体活动自如，能够配合完成相关测评； （3）同意参加研究，患者本人签署知情同意书； （4）未参加其他临床试验者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age ≥65 years old and ≤80 years old gender is not limited; (2) Visual and auditory resolution is relatively intact body movement is free can cooperate with the completion of relevant assessments; (3) Agreed to participate in the study the patient signed the informed consent; (4) Those who did not participate in other clinical trials.

排除标准：

（1）已符合 DSM-IV 痴呆诊断标准的各种原因痴呆，包括 AD、VaD，或其他类型痴呆，如帕金森病、亨廷顿病、正常压力脑积水、脑肿瘤、进行性核上性麻痹、癫痫、慢性硬膜下血肿及多发性硬化，有严重头外伤史伴持续神经功能缺损或已知的脑结构异常。 （2）既往精神异常、先前 5 年内有药物或酒精滥用或依赖者。 （3）严重肝肾功能不全者，如 ALT 或 AST 在正常值 1.5 倍以上，或血清Cr 正常值上限以上，凝血功能障碍等。 （4）心脏起搏器、人工心脏瓣膜、电极、术后或外伤造成体内滞留的各种金属异物；生命体征不平稳、病情较重（如昏迷、痴呆等）不能与医师正常交流的患者，在检查过程中可能出现意外，不能行磁共振检查；其他原因不能配合检查的被检者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dementia of all causes that have met the DSM-IV criteria for dementia diagnosis including AD VaD or Other types of dementia such as Parkinson's disease Huntington's disease normal pressure hydrocephalus brain tumors progressive Supranuclear palsy epilepsy chronic subdural hematoma and multiple sclerosis with a history of severe head trauma Neurological deficits or known structural abnormalities of the brain. (2) Persons with previous mental disorders drug or alcohol abuse or dependence within the previous 5 years.
