研究目的：

探讨穴位电刺激对围术期神经认知障碍以及术后并发症的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of acupoint electrical stimulation on perioperative neurocognitive impairment and postoperative complications.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1）年龄65-90岁； 2）ASA 1-2级； 3）行脊柱开放性手术患者； 4）自愿参试并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1) Patients aged 65-90 years; 2) ASA 1-2 level; 3) patients undergoing open spinal surgery; 4) Willing to participate in this trial and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1）术前有意识障碍者； 2）沟通交流障碍者； 3）不能长时间固定于同一体位者； 4）6个月内有针灸史者； 5）既往有精神分裂症、帕金森病史或癫痫病史； 6）肥胖，BMI>35kg/m2； 7) 术前使用激素及非甾类抗炎药者； 8）术前使用抗胆碱能药者; 9) 术前有认知障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with preoperative disturbance of consciousness; 2) communication barriers; 3) cannot be fixed in the same position for a long time; 4) a history of acupuncture within 6 months; 5) previous history of schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease or epilepsy; 6) obese, with BMI > 35kg/m2; 7) preoperative use of hormones and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 8) preoperative use of anticholinergic drugs; 9) patients with preoperative cognitive impairment.
