研究目的：

1) 评价微调结合邵氏芒针透刺治疗慢性非特异性腰痛临床结局； 2) 证实方案利于腰痛的减压减张、疼痛敏化抑制和脑区功能重组。

Objectives of Study：

1) To evaluate the clinical outcome of the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain with fine adjustment and Shao's awn needle penetration. 2) To confirm that the scheme was beneficial to the decompression and relaxation, pain sensitization inhibition and brain function reorganization of chronic nonspecific low back pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1) 20－60岁； 2) 病程＞3月； 3) 符合慢性非特异性腰痛的诊断标准； 4) 愿意加入本研究，并签定知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1) Aged 20-60 years; 2) Course > 3 months; 3) It is in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of chronic nonspecific low back pain; 4) Those willing to join the study and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

腰椎间盘突出症、腰椎管狭窄症、后天性脊椎滑脱症、梨状肌综合征等已明确诊断的腰腿痛疾病；合并严重的心脑血管、肝、肾等危及生命的原发性疾病；妊娠和正在行经期的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, acquired spondylolisthesis, piriformis syndrome and other diseases with definite diagnosis of lumbago and leg pain; combined with serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other life-threatening primary diseases; pregnant and menstruating women.
