研究目的：

主要目的：探索培元通脑胶囊的临床优势人群和疗效特点； 次要目的：1、初步观察培元通脑胶囊对缺血性中风患者认知功能的作用；2、初步评估培元通脑胶囊应用过程中的安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objective: To explore the effective characteristics and benefit population of Peiyuantongnao capsule. Secondary Objective: 1. To observe the effect of Peiyuantongnao capsule on cognitive function of ischemic stroke patients preliminaryly. 2. To evaluate the safety of Peiyuantongnao capsule preliminaryly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究为观察性研究，不干预受试者临床实际用药方案。一般情况下，患者用药依据药品说明书方案，口服，一次3粒，一日3次。由于采用登记研究设计，研究过程中不对受试者合并用药做特殊限定。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

This study is an observational study that does not intervene with the clinical medication regimen of the subjects. Under normal circumstances, the patient uses the medicine according to the medicine instruction, takes orally, one time 3 tablets, 3 times a day. As a result of the registration study design, there was no special restriction on the combined use of drugs in the course of the study.

纳入标准：

1. 符合缺血性中风中经络诊断标准； 2. 年龄35-80岁之间； 3. 患者病程为发病后14天到60天之间； 4. 入组时正在服用培元通脑胶囊；

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed diagnosis of Meridian in ischemic stroke; 2. Aged 35 to 80 years; 3. The course of the disease is between 14 and 60 days after the onset 4. Patients were taking Peiyuantongnao capsule when included.

排除标准：

1. 病情较为严重，无法配合门诊随访的患者； 2. 伴随其它影响神经功能和生活能力评价的疾病； 3. 入组时肝功明显能异常的患者； 4. 孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to cooperate with clinic follow-up due to serious condition; 2. With other diseases that affect the assessment of neurological function and ability in daily life; 3. Patients with obvious abnormal liver function when included; 4. Pregnant or lactating women.
