研究目的：

建设具有中医特色的股骨头坏死中西医结合康复诊疗中心，以中医药技术和方法为主，辅以现代康复医学理论和方法，结合髋关节置换手术疗法，完善中西医结合康复诊疗规范，提高股骨头坏死疾病的康复疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To build a rehabilitation center for femoral head necrosis integrated with traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, focusing on traditional Chinese medicine technology and methods, supplemented by modern rehabilitation medicine theories and methods, combined with hip replacement surgery, perfecting the standard of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation, and improving stock Rehabilitation effect of bone necrosis disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

符合股骨头坏死诊断标准， ARCO分期为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期，并且治疗前2周内未服任何中西药物，未进行任何理疗、针灸等治疗的门诊和住院病人。

Inclusion criteria

Outpatients and inpatients who meet the diagnostic criteria for femoral head necrosis, ARCO staging is I, II, and III, and have not taken any Chinese or Western medicines, and have not received any physiotherapy, acupuncture and other treatments within 2 weeks before treatment.

排除标准：

年龄在18岁以下,或70岁以上的股骨头坏死患者,妊娠或哺乳期妇女；合并有心血管 脑血管和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病患者；肝肾功能检查异常者；未按要求治疗,无法判断疗效或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with osteonecrosis of the femoral head under the age of 18 or over 70; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems, and mental illness; 4. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function tests; 5. Those who require treatment, cannot judge the efficacy or have incomplete data that affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
