研究目的：

本研究运用静息态fMRI技术，采集健康中老年人被国际标准头针组方（MS5, left MS6, and left MS7）针刺前、后低频振幅比率（fALFF）、局部一致性（ReHo）、脑功能连接网络（FC）的数据，并与常规体针和常规体针结合国际标准头针比较，以期挖掘健康中老年人在国际标准头针组方首次干预后脑功能的特异性改变，为国际标准头针组方的特异性提供科学依据，促使其在临床上进一步推广。

Objectives of Study：

The data of fractional amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (fALFF), regional homogeneity (ReHo) and functional connectivity (FC) before and after acupuncture were collected in healthy middle-aged and elderly patients treated with international standard scalp acupuncture (MS5, left MS6, and left MS7) using rs-fMRI in this study. It was compared with the conventional body acupuncture and the combination of conventional body acupuncture and international standard scalp acupuncture, in order to excavate the specific changes in brain function after the first intervention of international standard scalp acupuncture in healthy middle-aged and elderly people. The study provides a scientific basis for the specificity of the international standard scalp acupuncture prescription and facilitates its further promotion in clinical practice.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄在50-70岁者，男女不限； 2. 饮食规律，不嗜烟、酒，24小时内无饮茶和咖啡，睡眠正常，体型适中； 3. 近1个月内未接受过针刺治疗； 4. 体内无金属类物质（如心脏支架）和假牙； 5. 右利手； 6. 已自愿签署知情同意书； 需符合以上所有的条件。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 50 and 70, regardless of gender; 2. With regular diet, normal sleep and moderate body shape; Without over-smoking and over-drinking; No drinking tea or coffee within 24 hours; 3. No acupuncture treatment for nearly 1 month; 4. No metal in the body(such as cardiac stent) and no false teeth; 5. Right-handedness; 6. Have signed informed consent voluntarily; All of the above conditions must be met.

排除标准：

1. 妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 2. 存在脑血管病理性变异者； 3. 患有血友病等针刺禁忌症者； 4. 有幽闭恐惧症者； 5. 符合有高血压病史，且近期血压控制不佳者； 6. 有糖尿病病史，近期血糖控制不佳者； 7. 有甲状腺疾病，病情控制不佳者。 符合上述任一条件均以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating woman. 2. Patients with pathological changes of cerebrovascular. 3. Suffering from hemophilia or other acupuncture contraindications. 4. Claustrophobics. 5. With a history of hypertension and poor blood pressure control recently. 6. With a history of diabetes and poor blood glucose control recently. 7. People with thyroid disease and poor control. Meet any of the above conditions will be excluded.
