研究目的：

本课题组基于中医近视诊疗本体知识库，构建了中西医结合儿童青少年眼健康数据管理平台，筛选中西医儿童青少年近视筛查指标，收集视光学指标、青少年中医体质量表、舌象等数据，搭建中西医结合儿童青少年近视防控筛查数据收集、管理平台。本次研究拟基于已有眼健康数据平台，通过加载特定人工智能算法模块并增加用眼环境、眼底图像等数据采集参数，扩大数据采集范围借助人工智能技术集成多模态有效数据集，为构建多模态信息融合下的儿童青少年近视全景式预警模型提供数据支撑，为政府制定政策提供依据、为医疗机构、学校、家长提供个体化精准防控措施。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the ontology knowledge base of TCM myopia diagnosis and treatment this research group built a management platform for the eye health data of children and adolescents with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine screened myopia screening indicators of children and adolescents with traditional Chinese and Western medicine collected data such as optometry indicators TCM physique scale and tongue image and built a data collection and management platform for myopia prevention and control screening of children and adolescents with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Based on the existing eye health data platform this study intends to expand the range of data acquisition by loading specific artificial intelligence algorithm modules and adding data acquisition parameters such as eye environment and fundus images and integrate multi-modal effective data sets with artificial intelligence technology so as to provide data support for the construction of a panoramic myopia early warning model for children and adolescents under multi-modal information fusion. Provide a basis for the government to formulate policies and provide individualized and precise prevention and control measures for medical institutions schools and parents.

每个受试者的所有文件资料均属于高度机密，须严格遵照《个人信息保护法》进行数据安全保护。征得受试者知情同意后，收集个人信息(包括：姓名，出生日期，家庭电话号码等)，以便于数据查询及随访。通过CRF表上记录的试验编号、拼音首字母和出生日期来辨别不同的受试者。

All documents of each subject are highly confidential and must be protected in strict accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. After obtaining the informed consent of the subject personal information (including name date of birth home phone number etc.) will be collected to facilitate data query and follow-up. Subjects were identified by the trial number phonetic initials and date of birth recorded on the CRF form.
