研究目的：

1.通过对大样本人群的集中监测，发现上市前未出现的不良反应，特别是严重不良反应；评价常见、偶见、罕见不良反应的发生率； 2.实现对该药安全性“可知”，为完善说明书提供依据，为风险-效益评估提供基础数据； 3.发现安全性风险信号，为有针对性地开展干预性的临床安全性研究提供支持； 4.分析不良反应相关危险因素，控制用药人群的风险，完善药品风险管理计划。

Objectives of Study：

1. Through the centralized monitoring of a large sample population, discover adverse reactions that did not appear before the market, especially serious adverse reactions; evaluate the incidence of common, occasional, and rare adverse reactions; 2. To achieve "knowable" safety of the drug, provide a basis for improving the instructions, and provide basic data for risk-benefit assessment; 3. Discover safety risk signals and provide support for targeted clinical safety research; 4. Analyze the risk factors related to adverse reactions, control the risks of drug users, and improve the drug risk management plan.
