研究目的：

1.脾湿清方外用对全麻腹腔镜手术患者恶心呕吐（PONV）的治疗作用评价 2.通过转录测序技术初步分析该方治疗PONV作用的分子转录网络调节机制

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluation of the therapeutic effect of Spleen-Dampness-Clearing Formula applied externally on nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery with general anesthesia 2. Preliminary analysis of the molecular transcriptional network regulation mechanism of PONV treatment by transcriptional sequencing technology.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

1.接受全麻腹腔镜的手术病人；2.中医诊断为脾胃湿热证；3.18-65岁；4.ASA(美国麻醉医师协会于麻醉前根据病人体质状况和对手术危险性进行分级)分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级

Inclusion criteria

1. Surgical patients undergoing general anesthesia laparoscopy; 2. Chinese medicine diagnosis of damp-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach; 3. 18-65 years old; 4. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists graded before anesthesia according to the physical condition of the patient and the risk of the surgery) classification Ⅰ-Ⅱ.

排除标准：

1.对药物过敏者；2.穴位局部皮肤异常者；3.肝肾功能严重异常者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are allergic to drugs; 2. Those with localized skin abnormalities at acupoints; 3. Those with serious abnormalities in liver and kidney functions

盲法：

根据随机分组序号，提前由设计者把对应的穴位敷贴（两组敷贴外观一致）装在不透明的信封，再由独立的穴位贴敷操作人员操作完成后，由不知情的麻醉医生实施麻醉。患者、麻醉医生和随访人员均不知情。

Blinding：

According to the serial number of the randomized group the corresponding acupoint compresses (identical in appearance in both groups) were placed in opaque envelopes by the designer in advance and then the anesthesia was administered by an unknowing anesthesiologist after the operation was completed by an independent acupoint compress operator. The patient the anesthesiologist and the followers were unaware of this.
